Cancelation and Return

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, contact our support team at [hello@foldlined.com] with your order details.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

2. Return Policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

✔ The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
✔ It must be returned with original packaging & tags attached.
✔ Returns are applicable only for wrong, defective, or damaged products.
✔ We do not accept returns for size issues; please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at [hello@foldlined.com] with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or replacement will be processed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is approved.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • If payment was made via COD, we will issue a store credit or bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the product and place a new order.
