Cancelation and Return
1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, contact our support team at [hello@foldlined.com] with your order details.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
2. Return Policy
We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
✔ The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
✔ It must be returned with original packaging & tags attached.
✔ Returns are applicable only for wrong, defective, or damaged products.
✔ We do not accept returns for size issues; please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup if eligible.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or replacement will be processed.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is approved.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- If payment was made via COD, we will issue a store credit or bank transfer.
4. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the product and place a new order.
